Pre & Post Natal Corrective Exercise

Exercising safely throughout your pregnancy is the best thing that you can do for yourself and your baby. I have experienced first hand natural child birth and c-section, enabling me to relate both physically and mentally with the client during this chapter in their lives.

Active Aging Movement Coach

​Aging is a complex process and the concept of wellness should not be a mindset based in the management of disease, but a focus on prevention and proactive strategies.  Individuals can live as active as possible by maintaining a certain amount of muscular function, allowing them to participate in social activities, have hobbies and travel.
